RIN: I feel lucky to have you as my senpai. I thought maybe you were kind of cold when I first met you but that didn't mean I was going to give up on being your friend--and then it worked, and we became friends, and then I think I started thinking of you as a lot more tahn just my senpai... and then I said something about it. I think it's okay, though, even if getting rejected really hurt a lot, because I admire you and love you and more than anything I'm happy to see you happy, after I knew you in my first year at Samezuka. Besides...we're not equals, and I don't think we'll ever be, but maybe now this will even out our playing field a little? I still love you, and I think I always will.

SOUSUKE: You seemed like the same kind of senpai Rin-senpai was at first--sort of inaccessible. But not anymore! You really helped me a lot in a time when I needed help at home, and here now at Holly Heights too. I don't think I said thank you for helping me during the group date but it meant so much to me I don't really have any words to tell you!! You're cool and smart and a great swimmer, and I respect you a lot as a teammate. I want to be your friend, too!

MOMO: Well.. I mean, you're kind of endearing.

GOU: Rin-senpai's sister is very kind and sweet! I like her a lot, and I can tell that she and senpai are related... Rin-senpai loves her so much that it's hard for me not to like her too!

MAKOTO: Initially, I was a little jealous of Makoto-senpai, because of his close relationship with Rin-senpai here, but... I think I might be able to move past that soon. Getting over heartbreak is really, really hard, but Makoto-senpai is the nicest person I've ever really met... and I can't be mad at him even if I want to be. He's a great coach and we're--sort of colleagues! I've never been a "colleague" with anyone! He trusts me enough to help teach the swim team, so I want to help out the most that I can, no matter what happens between us personally...

NAGISA: ...Well, I mean, you're kind of endearing.

HARU: Senpai's rival. Not sure if like or not.

KISUMI: Kisumi-senpai is very nice and very friendly! He's good friends with the others from Iwatobi. I like him...he's said a lot of really nice things to me here in Holly Heights!

Other:
NORI: Nori-kun and I have a lot in common. I've really enjoyed getting to be his friend, and I think he's kind of cute... I don't really know what to do with feeling like this, because I'm so used to liking Rin-senpai, but Nori-kun's a lot different than him and I...like that a lot, I think! I'm too nervous to say anything. What if he thinks it's weird?

MIYUKI: I didn't almost murder you!! I'm sorry!!! I'm so sorry!!!!!!!

SAWAMURA: He's very loud.

KONDO: He was a little weird...but really helpful, so I guess that's nice! He gave me some really good and useful advice and I appreciate that a lot!!

NOZAKI: He's a pretty good "dad"...I like living with him! My house is a lot quieter than it used to be, which is kind of nice...I hope we get other housemates soon, though.
